Overview
The Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) is the bearer of traditions of the Russian classical culture, science and education.
FEFU has its origins in 1899 at the time when the Oriental Institute was founded in Vladivostok.
Today FEFU is the only classical university in Eastern Russia.
In incorporates Schools with generations-old traditions and areas of research that form the core of our intellectual base.

Tuition Fees
The tuition fee for the academic year 2022/23 is the following:
General medicine in English -
400 000 rub/per year
(equivalent of ~5000 USD)
Pharmacy in English -
320 000 rub/per year
Accommodation fee is the approximate equivalent of 650 USD per year; mess is not included

Admission Process
To apply for the first year of Bachelor’s / Specialist’s / Master’s / Postgraduate studies, a foreign citizen has to submit the following documents:
- High school certificate or diploma (with examination results or transcript) or Secondary professional (or vocational) education diploma (with transcripts) + Consular legalization/Apostille (if necessary) and notarized translation into Russian.*If the previous credentials were obtained in Russia, the candidate should submit one of the following documents: Certificate of secondary (complete) general education (with final grade list and examination results) or Secondary professional education diploma (with supplement).

Timing of admission
Applicants who need visa support should submit documents until July 31, 2023
Accomodation
FEFU Hotel Complex at Russky Island offers students different accommodation options at the dormitory rooms where they can study, get rest and meet with their friends.
Dormitory rooms have all the required furniture items already installed. Bedding items are given to the students at their check-in. Rooms are cleaned by maintainable personnel every week.
Every floor of each dormitory building has kitchen areas for students' individual cooking with all the required kitchen equipment installed. Besides, the dormitory buildings are equipped with laundry rooms for students' individual washing.
The following accommodation options are available for the FEFU students: double rooms, two-room suites for 3 tenants and two-room suites for 4 tenants
